If you are short on time, this private trip focuses on two places: Cairo and Luxor. The guide and vehicle are just for you or your group, so the pace and timings can follow what suits you.

In Cairo you see the Giza pyramids, the Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum. A domestic flight then takes you to Luxor for two nights.

In Luxor you spend a day on each bank: Karnak and Luxor Temple on the east, and the Valley of the Kings and the temple of Hatshepsut on the west.

FAQ

Can I add days or a cruise?

Yes. As it is a private trip, we can add nights in Cairo, an excursion or a short Nile cruise. We send you the adjusted itinerary and price before you book.

Is the guide the same in Cairo and Luxor?

Usually not: you have a local guide in each city who knows its sites well. Both speak your language and follow the same plan.

Does it work for families with children?

It can, because the pace is set around you. The tombs and temples involve a fair amount of walking in the heat, so we plan in breaks.
